Paint & Sip at Sunbridgewells and guided walk of Bradford

NEW exciting events are coming to Bradford city centre this summer and autumn.

Bradford BID has created a family photo walk and ‘Paint & Sip’ evening.

Taking place from 11am on Thursday, August 1, there will be a guided tour around 15 of Bradford’s most beautiful and iconic sights in the city centre.

Starting at Waterstones in the historic former Wool Exchange building, the free event is open to all ages and requires a smartphone or camera.

It will be led by local professional photographers. The walk encourages residents and visitors to see the city from a new perspective.

A photo checklist will also be available to collect from Waterstones throughout August for those unable to attend on the day.

Participants are encouraged to share their photos online for a chance to win a £100 city centre gift card.

People can also get creative with a Paint & Sip evening at Wallers Brewery in Sunbridgewells.

The ticketed event offers a fun, relaxed night out where people can unwind with friends and make their own masterpiece.

Attendees will enjoy a complimentary drink on arrival and be guided by a professional artist to work on canvas.

No experience is needed. The event is taking place on Friday, September 12, between 6.30pm and 8.30pm.

Nikki Chadburn, Bradford BID’s business communications manager, said: “These events are about giving people a new way to experience Bradford—whether that’s seeing the centre through a new lens or spending a fun evening enjoying the city’s night time offer.”

Tickets for Paint & Sip can be booked online through the Bradford BID website.

No booking is required for the family photo walk.
