24/7 Bradford BID Member Helpline
This “Command and Intelligence Centre” (CIC) support line is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and is a reporting tool for any issues affecting your business with the assurance that they are captured, logged and tasked to the relevant services.
If you are a BID Member and you have an issue that is affecting your business call 01274 396487 and log this with our dedicated team who will answer the call day or night. Please note: if a crime is taking place or there is a danger to life you must always ring 999.

BID Patrol Team
Bradford BID provide a Patrol Team for the city centre who report in on-street issues, are a visible presence and provide our member businesses with support.
The Patrol Team are also tasked through the CIC Helpline and will attend any member business or area that has reported in concerns. They work closely with other external agencies and services within the city centre to create a positive, safe and welcoming environment.
Business Forums
The BID are looking at creating business forums which provide our members an opportunity to speak directly with business officials about matters that concern them.

Jet Washing
During April, June and September we are offering our members to book in a 2-hour appointment with our Clean Team to jet wash business entrance ways. This is a free service as part of your membership (limited to 1 booking per business).
Bradford City Centre Gift Card
This gift card programme has brought thousands of pounds back into the local economy that could have been spent elsewhere.
The Bradford Gift Card programme provides a dedicated gift card that can only be spent in the participating venues within the BID demise area.
Only BID member businesses are able to benefit from being part of this programme.
BID HQ Meeting Room
BID member businesses can now book our meeting room at the new BID Headquarters on Bank Street.
These can be booked on Tuesdays-Thursdays, 10am-4pm (subject to availability).
